SPRING BREAK !!!
SO TYPICALLY I LIKE TO GO OUT AND HAVE FUN WITH FRIENDS AND MY BOYFRIEND ON SPRING BREAK AND MAYB HAVE A DAY OR TWO OF JUST DOING NOTHING BC MY LIFE IS SO CRAZY AND IM ALWAYS SOMEWHERE DOING SOMETHING…..WHICH USUALLY INVOLVES POOR FOOD CHOICES AND I ULTIMATELY REGRET WHAT I JUST ATE…..BUT THIS YEAR I WANT IT TO BE DIFFERENT. SO NEXT WEEK I PLAN TO WORK HARDER AND NOT JUST EAT WHATEVER BC I CAN OR BC IM CELEBRATING……SO MY GOAL FOR THIS WEEK AND NEXT WEEK WILL BE TO WORK OUT EVERY DAY, LIMIT PORTION SIZES AND TO TRY NOT TO BE OBSESSIVE AND JUMP ON THE SCALE EVERY SECOND……
